The Work Health And Safety Advisor supports consistent delivery by coordinating tasks, information and stakeholders across the workday. You'll coordinate with team members, partners, keeping plans well managed and easy to access when needed. You'll balance quality and pace, using judgement to triage requests and escalate risks at the right time. Success looks like timely follow-through, strong communication and confident use of tools such as Microsoft 365.

What you’ll do day to day

  • Prepare documentation, reports or communications with attention to detail
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver outcomes and meet service expectations
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities, keeping priorities clear and stakeholders informed
  • Support customers or internal teams by resolving enquiries promptly
  • Maintain records and follow processes to meet compliance and quality requirements
  • Monitor progress against timelines and escalate risks early

Core skills: problem solving, teamwork, organisation, communication, attention to detail

Software/Platforms: Microsoft 365, collaboration tools (Teams/Slack)
