The Volunteer Program Manager supports consistent delivery by coordinating tasks, information and stakeholders across the workday. You'll work with team members, customers and maintain clear reports so decisions and actions stay on track. You'll manage stakeholders and outcomes, turning strategy into practical plans, governance and consistent delivery. Strong performance is shown through consistent delivery, accurate records and effective use of collaboration tools (Teams/Slack) to track and communicate progress.

What you’ll do day to day

  • Coordinate day-to-day activities, keeping priorities clear and stakeholders informed
  • Prepare documentation, reports or communications with attention to detail
  • Monitor progress against timelines and escalate risks early
  • Maintain records and follow processes to meet compliance and quality requirements
  • Lead delivery through planning, resourcing and coaching, ensuring goals and service levels are met
