The Social Media Strategist supports consistent delivery by coordinating tasks, information and stakeholders across the workday. You'll coordinate with partners, internal stakeholders, keeping reports well managed and easy to access when needed. You'll own recurring tasks end-to-end, manage competing priorities and recommend small improvements that reduce friction. Strong performance is shown through consistent delivery, accurate records and effective use of HubSpot/Salesforce to track and communicate progress.

What you’ll do day to day

  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to refine positioning and offers
  • Maintain CRM records and pipeline hygiene to support sales activity
  • Support customer communications, FAQs and feedback loops
  • Plan and coordinate campaigns across channels, aligning timelines and stakeholders
  • Build presentations and sales collateral that clearly communicates value
  • Coordinate events, webinars or promotions, managing suppliers and logistics

Core skills: customer focus, data-informed decision making, stakeholder management, campaign coordination, copywriting

Software/Platforms: Meta/Google Ads, Google Analytics, Canva/Adobe, HubSpot/Salesforce
