The Senior Systems Administrator supports consistent delivery by coordinating tasks, information and stakeholders across the workday. You'll work with IT teams, security stakeholders and maintain clear configurations so decisions and actions stay on track. You'll take ownership of complex work, coach peers and drive continuous improvement across workflows. Success looks like timely follow-through, strong communication and confident use of tools such as ServiceNow/Jira.

What you’ll do day to day

  • Monitor systems and alerts, escalating incidents according to runbooks
  • Coordinate with vendors for troubleshooting and service requests as needed
  • Assist with patching, updates and preventative maintenance to improve reliability
  • Set up and maintain user access, devices and accounts in line with policies
  • Maintain documentation, FAQs and knowledge base articles for common issues
  • Coach others, share knowledge and improve processes to lift team capability and quality

Core skills: customer support, security mindset, prioritisation, troubleshooting, stakeholder management

Software/Platforms: ServiceNow/Jira, endpoint/security tools, Azure/AWS basics, Microsoft 365
