Senior Personal Care Assistant
As a Senior Personal Care Assistant, you bring a quality-minded approach to delivering services and supporting teams to meet their goals. You'll coordinate with team members, customers, keeping communications well managed and easy to access when needed. You'll lead through expertise, guiding others, improving processes and influencing decisions with clear insights and risk awareness. Strong performance is shown through consistent delivery, accurate records and effective use of collaboration tools (Teams/Slack) to track and communicate progress.
What you’ll do day to day
- Contribute to process improvements that reduce friction and increase consistency
- Prepare documentation, reports or communications with attention to detail
- Support customers or internal teams by resolving enquiries promptly
- Coordinate day-to-day activities, keeping priorities clear and stakeholders informed
- Maintain records and follow processes to meet compliance and quality requirements
- Monitor progress against timelines and escalate risks early
- Coach others, share knowledge and improve processes to lift team capability and quality
