As a Sales Assistant, you bring a service-led approach to delivering services and supporting teams to meet their goals. You'll coordinate with partners, internal stakeholders, keeping content briefs well managed and easy to access when needed. You'll focus on getting the fundamentals right, with guidance from experienced colleagues and clear checklists or templates. Strong performance is shown through consistent delivery, accurate records and effective use of Google Analytics to track and communicate progress.

What you’ll do day to day

  • Coordinate events, webinars or promotions, managing suppliers and logistics
  • Maintain CRM records and pipeline hygiene to support sales activity
  • Plan and coordinate campaigns across channels, aligning timelines and stakeholders
  • Monitor performance and produce insights to improve conversion and engagement
  • Support customer communications, FAQs and feedback loops
  • Follow established procedures and checklists, escalating issues early and learning from feedback

Core skills: copywriting, customer focus, campaign coordination, stakeholder management, learning agility

Software/Platforms: Excel/Sheets, Google Analytics, Canva/Adobe, Meta/Google Ads
