The Sales And Operations Administrator supports consistent delivery by coordinating tasks, information and stakeholders across the workday. You'll coordinate with partners, customers, keeping reports well managed and easy to access when needed. You'll own recurring tasks end-to-end, manage competing priorities and recommend small improvements that reduce friction. You'll be successful when stakeholders feel supported, work is well documented, and systems like Microsoft 365 are kept reliable and current.

What you’ll do day to day

  • Support customer communications, FAQs and feedback loops
  • Create or brief content assets, ensuring messaging matches audience needs
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to refine positioning and offers
  • Maintain CRM records and pipeline hygiene to support sales activity
  • Build presentations and sales collateral that clearly communicates value
  • Monitor performance and produce insights to improve conversion and engagement

Skills and tools to learn

Core skills: stakeholder management, campaign coordination, copywriting, customer focus, data-informed decision making
