A Sales Administrator is a people-centred professional who helps deliver reliable outcomes in day-to-day operations. You'll work with sales teams, partners and maintain clear reports so decisions and actions stay on track. You'll balance quality and pace, using judgement to triage requests and escalate risks at the right time. You'll be successful when stakeholders feel supported, work is well documented, and systems like Canva/Adobe are kept reliable and current.

What you’ll do day to day

  • Support customer communications, FAQs and feedback loops
  • Coordinate events, webinars or promotions, managing suppliers and logistics
  • Plan and coordinate campaigns across channels, aligning timelines and stakeholders
  • Monitor performance and produce insights to improve conversion and engagement
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to refine positioning and offers
  • Maintain CRM records and pipeline hygiene to support sales activity
  • Build presentations and sales collateral that clearly communicates value
