The Sales Account Manager supports consistent delivery by coordinating tasks, information and stakeholders across the workday. You'll work with sales teams, customers and maintain clear campaign plans so decisions and actions stay on track. You'll manage stakeholders and outcomes, turning strategy into practical plans, governance and consistent delivery. Strong performance is shown through consistent delivery, accurate records and effective use of HubSpot/Salesforce to track and communicate progress.

What you’ll do day to day

  • Plan and coordinate campaigns across channels, aligning timelines and stakeholders
  • Support customer communications, FAQs and feedback loops
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to refine positioning and offers
  • Coordinate events, webinars or promotions, managing suppliers and logistics
  • Lead delivery through planning, resourcing and coaching, ensuring goals and service levels are met
