Public Affairs Officer
A Public Affairs Officer is a outcomes-focused professional who helps deliver reliable outcomes in day-to-day operations. You'll coordinate with customers, team members, keeping reports well managed and easy to access when needed. You'll balance quality and pace, using judgement to triage requests and escalate risks at the right time. Success looks like timely follow-through, strong communication and confident use of tools such as Microsoft 365.
What you’ll do day to day

- Monitor progress against timelines and escalate risks early
- Coordinate day-to-day activities, keeping priorities clear and stakeholders informed
- Contribute to process improvements that reduce friction and increase consistency
- Prepare documentation, reports or communications with attention to detail
- Maintain records and follow processes to meet compliance and quality requirements
