The Project Leader supports consistent delivery by coordinating tasks, information and stakeholders across the workday. You'll partner with leaders, team members to keep work moving and ensure key plans are accurate and up to date. You'll take ownership of complex work, coach peers and drive continuous improvement across workflows. Success looks like timely follow-through, strong communication and confident use of tools such as Microsoft 365.

What you’ll do day to day

  • Monitor progress against timelines and escalate risks early
  • Contribute to process improvements that reduce friction and increase consistency
  • Prepare documentation, reports or communications with attention to detail
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities, keeping priorities clear and stakeholders informed
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver outcomes and meet service expectations
  • Coach others, share knowledge and improve processes to lift team capability and quality

Software/Platforms: collaboration tools (Teams/Slack), Microsoft 365
