The Personal Assistant supports consistent delivery by coordinating tasks, information and stakeholders across the workday. You'll work with team members, customers and maintain clear records so decisions and actions stay on track. You'll build confidence by following established processes, asking questions early and learning the systems used across the team. Success looks like timely follow-through, strong communication and confident use of tools such as collaboration tools (Teams/Slack).

What you’ll do day to day

  • Monitor progress against timelines and escalate risks early
  • Use systems and tools effectively to track work and provide visibility
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities, keeping priorities clear and stakeholders informed
  • Support customers or internal teams by resolving enquiries promptly
  • Prepare documentation, reports or communications with attention to detail
  • Follow established procedures and checklists, escalating issues early and learning from feedback
