An Outreach Officer is a outcomes-focused professional who helps deliver reliable outcomes in day-to-day operations. You'll work with customers, partners and maintain clear records so decisions and actions stay on track. You'll balance quality and pace, using judgement to triage requests and escalate risks at the right time. Success looks like timely follow-through, strong communication and confident use of tools such as Microsoft 365.

What you’ll do day to day

  • Contribute to process improvements that reduce friction and increase consistency
  • Monitor progress against timelines and escalate risks early
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver outcomes and meet service expectations
  • Support customers or internal teams by resolving enquiries promptly
  • Use systems and tools effectively to track work and provide visibility
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities, keeping priorities clear and stakeholders informed
