As an Office Administrator - Senior, you bring a process-savvy approach to delivering services and supporting teams to meet their goals. You'll coordinate with customers, team members, keeping meeting notes well managed and easy to access when needed. You'll take ownership of complex work, coach peers and drive continuous improvement across workflows. Strong performance is shown through consistent delivery, accurate records and effective use of Teams to track and communicate progress.

What you’ll do day to day

  • Support reporting and data entry, checking for accuracy and completeness
  • Update shared trackers and dashboards to provide visibility on progress
  • Maintain office processes, templates and checklists to improve consistency
  • Manage calendars, meetings and travel arrangements to keep priorities on track
  • Coordinate internal communications and meeting actions so work moves forward
  • Coach others, share knowledge and improve processes to lift team capability and quality
