The Office Administrator - Junior supports consistent delivery by coordinating tasks, information and stakeholders across the workday. You'll partner with suppliers, team members to keep work moving and ensure key records are accurate and up to date. You'll focus on getting the fundamentals right, with guidance from experienced colleagues and clear checklists or templates. Strong performance is shown through consistent delivery, accurate records and effective use of SharePoint to track and communicate progress.

What you’ll do day to day

  • Manage calendars, meetings and travel arrangements to keep priorities on track
  • Coordinate internal communications and meeting actions so work moves forward
  • Support reporting and data entry, checking for accuracy and completeness
  • Update shared trackers and dashboards to provide visibility on progress
  • Follow established procedures and checklists, escalating issues early and learning from feedback

Core skills: organisation, attention to detail, customer service, written communication, learning agility

Software/Platforms: SharePoint/OneDrive, calendar/booking tools, Teams, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel)
