Neighbourhood Centre Worker
As a Neighbourhood Centre Worker, you bring a calm under pressure approach to delivering services and supporting teams to meet their goals. You'll partner with leaders, customers to keep work moving and ensure key plans are accurate and up to date. You'll own recurring tasks end-to-end, manage competing priorities and recommend small improvements that reduce friction. Strong performance is shown through consistent delivery, accurate records and effective use of collaboration tools (Teams/Slack) to track and communicate progress.
What you’ll do day to day
- Monitor progress against timelines and escalate risks early
- Use systems and tools effectively to track work and provide visibility
- Maintain records and follow processes to meet compliance and quality requirements
- Coordinate day-to-day activities, keeping priorities clear and stakeholders informed
- Prepare documentation, reports or communications with attention to detail
