Marketing Team Leader
As a Marketing Team Leader, you bring a calm under pressure approach to delivering services and supporting teams to meet their goals. You'll work with customers, sales teams and maintain clear campaign plans so decisions and actions stay on track. You'll manage stakeholders and outcomes, turning strategy into practical plans, governance and consistent delivery. Strong performance is shown through consistent delivery, accurate records and effective use of Microsoft 365 to track and communicate progress.
What you’ll do day to day
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to refine positioning and offers
- Build presentations and sales collateral that clearly communicates value
- Monitor performance and produce insights to improve conversion and engagement
- Support customer communications, FAQs and feedback loops
- Plan and coordinate campaigns across channels, aligning timelines and stakeholders
- Create or brief content assets, ensuring messaging matches audience needs
- Lead delivery through planning, resourcing and coaching, ensuring goals and service levels are met
