As a Marketing Manager, you bring a service-led approach to delivering services and supporting teams to meet their goals. You'll work with customers, internal stakeholders and maintain clear campaign plans so decisions and actions stay on track. You'll lead people and delivery, setting expectations, allocating work and improving performance through coaching and clear measures. Strong performance is shown through consistent delivery, accurate records and effective use of Microsoft 365 to track and communicate progress.

What you’ll do day to day

  • Monitor performance and produce insights to improve conversion and engagement
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to refine positioning and offers
  • Maintain CRM records and pipeline hygiene to support sales activity
  • Build presentations and sales collateral that clearly communicates value
  • Support customer communications, FAQs and feedback loops
  • Coordinate events, webinars or promotions, managing suppliers and logistics
  • Lead delivery through planning, resourcing and coaching, ensuring goals and service levels are met

Skills and tools to learn

Core skills: copywriting, data-informed decision making, campaign coordination, stakeholder management, stakeholder management

Software/Platforms: Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, Canva/Adobe, HubSpot/Salesforce

Methods/Knowledge: content calendars, A/B testing basics, governance and reporting
