As a Marketing Analyst, you bring a service-led approach to delivering services and supporting teams to meet their goals. You'll partner with partners, customers to keep work moving and ensure key presentations are accurate and up to date. You'll balance quality and pace, using judgement to triage requests and escalate risks at the right time. Success looks like timely follow-through, strong communication and confident use of tools such as Google Analytics.

What you’ll do day to day

  • Maintain CRM records and pipeline hygiene to support sales activity
  • Monitor performance and produce insights to improve conversion and engagement
  • Coordinate events, webinars or promotions, managing suppliers and logistics
  • Plan and coordinate campaigns across channels, aligning timelines and stakeholders
  • Create or brief content assets, ensuring messaging matches audience needs

Skills and tools to learn

Core skills: stakeholder management, data-informed decision making, copywriting, campaign coordination, customer focus

Software/Platforms: Excel/Sheets, HubSpot/Salesforce, Google Analytics, Meta/Google Ads
