The Legal Practice Manager supports consistent delivery by coordinating tasks, information and stakeholders across the workday. You'll coordinate with courts, clients, keeping filings well managed and easy to access when needed. You'll manage stakeholders and outcomes, turning strategy into practical plans, governance and consistent delivery. You'll be successful when stakeholders feel supported, work is well documented, and systems like legal research tools are kept reliable and current.

What you’ll do day to day

  • Liaise with clients and third parties professionally, escalating as needed
  • Support billing and administrative tasks, including time recording where required
  • Track actions and follow-ups to keep matters progressing smoothly
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with legal and ethical obligations
  • Coordinate court dates, diaries and deadlines to meet critical timeframes
  • Assist with research and summarising information for briefs and advice
  • Lead delivery through planning, resourcing and coaching, ensuring goals and service levels are met
