Junior Receptionist
As a Junior Receptionist, you bring a calm under pressure approach to delivering services and supporting teams to meet their goals. You'll coordinate with team members, leaders, keeping communications well managed and easy to access when needed. You'll focus on getting the fundamentals right, with guidance from experienced colleagues and clear checklists or templates. Success looks like timely follow-through, strong communication and confident use of tools such as collaboration tools (Teams/Slack).
What you’ll do day to day
- Monitor progress against timelines and escalate risks early
- Prepare documentation, reports or communications with attention to detail
- Support customers or internal teams by resolving enquiries promptly
- Coordinate day-to-day activities, keeping priorities clear and stakeholders informed
- Contribute to process improvements that reduce friction and increase consistency
- Follow established procedures and checklists, escalating issues early and learning from feedback
