As a Junior Admin Officer, you bring a quality-minded approach to delivering services and supporting teams to meet their goals. You'll work with leaders, team members and maintain clear documents so decisions and actions stay on track. You'll build confidence by following established processes, asking questions early and learning the systems used across the team. Strong performance is shown through consistent delivery, accurate records and effective use of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel) to track and communicate progress.

What you’ll do day to day

  • Handle enquiries professionally, directing requests and following up as needed
  • Update shared trackers and dashboards to provide visibility on progress
  • Support reporting and data entry, checking for accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate internal communications and meeting actions so work moves forward
  • Follow established procedures and checklists, escalating issues early and learning from feedback

Core skills: customer service, time management, organisation, written communication, learning agility

Software/Platforms: calendar/booking tools, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel), Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive
