The IT Security Specialist supports consistent delivery by coordinating tasks, information and stakeholders across the workday. You'll work with IT teams, vendors and maintain clear configurations so decisions and actions stay on track. You'll balance quality and pace, using judgement to triage requests and escalate risks at the right time. Strong performance is shown through consistent delivery, accurate records and effective use of Microsoft 365 to track and communicate progress.

What you’ll do day to day

  • Contribute to security hygiene such as MFA, endpoint protection and basic audits
  • Assist with patching, updates and preventative maintenance to improve reliability
  • Set up and maintain user access, devices and accounts in line with policies
  • Support basic network and application troubleshooting for end users
  • Coordinate with vendors for troubleshooting and service requests as needed
  • Respond to support requests, diagnosing issues and documenting outcomes in the ticketing system
  • Monitor systems and alerts, escalating incidents according to runbooks
