As a Human Resources Coordinator, you bring a quality-minded approach to delivering services and supporting teams to meet their goals. You'll partner with candidates, people leaders to keep work moving and ensure key case notes are accurate and up to date. You'll set direction and governance, aligning teams and resources to strategic priorities while managing risk and performance at scale. Success looks like timely follow-through, strong communication and confident use of tools such as ATS (e.g., Lever).

What you’ll do day to day

  • Maintain HR records in the HRIS with strong confidentiality and attention to detail
  • Support performance and development cycles, including reminders and documentation
  • Provide first-point support for people queries and escalate complex matters appropriately
  • Support recruitment administration, including scheduling, screening coordination and candidate communication
  • Set strategy, governance and performance measures, aligning teams to deliver outcomes sustainably

Skills and tools to learn

Core skills: employment fundamentals, stakeholder support, problem solving, documentation, stakeholder management

Software/Platforms: Microsoft 365, ATS (e.g., Lever), Teams, HRIS (e.g., Employment Hero, Workday)

Methods/Knowledge: policy compliance, case triage, governance and reporting
