The Home Care Assistant supports consistent delivery by coordinating tasks, information and stakeholders across the workday. You'll coordinate with partners, leaders, keeping reports well managed and easy to access when needed. You'll build confidence by following established processes, asking questions early and learning the systems used across the team. You'll be successful when stakeholders feel supported, work is well documented, and systems like Microsoft 365 are kept reliable and current.

What you’ll do day to day

  • Monitor progress against timelines and escalate risks early
  • Coordinate day-to-day activities, keeping priorities clear and stakeholders informed
  • Support customers or internal teams by resolving enquiries promptly
  • Prepare documentation, reports or communications with attention to detail
  • Contribute to process improvements that reduce friction and increase consistency
  • Follow established procedures and checklists, escalating issues early and learning from feedback

Core skills: teamwork, attention to detail, organisation, problem solving, learning agility

Software/Platforms: collaboration tools (Teams/Slack), Microsoft 365
