As a Direct Marketing Officer, you bring a service-led approach to delivering services and supporting teams to meet their goals. You'll coordinate with sales teams, internal stakeholders, keeping reports well managed and easy to access when needed. You'll own recurring tasks end-to-end, manage competing priorities and recommend small improvements that reduce friction. Success looks like timely follow-through, strong communication and confident use of tools such as Microsoft 365.

What you’ll do day to day

  • Create or brief content assets, ensuring messaging matches audience needs
  • Build presentations and sales collateral that clearly communicates value
  • Maintain CRM records and pipeline hygiene to support sales activity
  • Coordinate events, webinars or promotions, managing suppliers and logistics
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to refine positioning and offers

Skills and tools to learn

Core skills: campaign coordination, customer focus, data-informed decision making, copywriting, stakeholder management

Software/Platforms: HubSpot/Salesforce, Google Analytics, Meta/Google Ads, Excel/Sheets
