Customer Service Assistant
As a Customer Service Assistant, you bring a process-savvy approach to delivering services and supporting teams to meet their goals. You'll work with customers, partners and maintain clear communications so decisions and actions stay on track. You'll build confidence by following established processes, asking questions early and learning the systems used across the team. Strong performance is shown through consistent delivery, accurate records and effective use of Microsoft 365 to track and communicate progress.
What you’ll do day to day
- Prepare documentation, reports or communications with attention to detail
- Contribute to process improvements that reduce friction and increase consistency
- Coordinate day-to-day activities, keeping priorities clear and stakeholders informed
- Collaborate across teams to deliver outcomes and meet service expectations
- Maintain records and follow processes to meet compliance and quality requirements
- Use systems and tools effectively to track work and provide visibility
- Follow established procedures and checklists, escalating issues early and learning from feedback
