The Community Development Manager supports consistent delivery by coordinating tasks, information and stakeholders across the workday. You'll work with families, government agencies and maintain clear referrals so decisions and actions stay on track. You'll lead people and delivery, setting expectations, allocating work and improving performance through coaching and clear measures. You'll be successful when stakeholders feel supported, work is well documented, and systems like secure record-keeping tools are kept reliable and current.

What you’ll do day to day

  • Support community engagement activities, programs or events where required
  • Maintain accurate and confidential case notes and reporting documentation
  • Provide client support through intake, assessment and referral pathways
  • Advocate for clients and assist with navigating systems and entitlements
  • Lead delivery through planning, resourcing and coaching, ensuring goals and service levels are met

Skills and tools to learn

Core skills: culturally safe practice, boundaries, case coordination, documentation, stakeholder management

Software/Platforms: secure record keeping, Microsoft 365, case management systems

Methods/Knowledge: strengths-based practice, risk and safety planning, governance and reporting
