Care Coordinator
As a Care Coordinator, you bring a process-savvy approach to delivering services and supporting teams to meet their goals. You'll partner with leaders, customers to keep work moving and ensure key records are accurate and up to date. You'll shape strategy and outcomes, building capability, partnerships and operating rhythms that sustain long-term success. Strong performance is shown through consistent delivery, accurate records and effective use of Microsoft 365 to track and communicate progress.
What you’ll do day to day
- Coordinate day-to-day activities, keeping priorities clear and stakeholders informed
- Use systems and tools effectively to track work and provide visibility
- Support customers or internal teams by resolving enquiries promptly
- Monitor progress against timelines and escalate risks early
- Contribute to process improvements that reduce friction and increase consistency
- Set strategy, governance and performance measures, aligning teams to deliver outcomes sustainably
Skills and tools to learn
Core skills: organisation, teamwork, attention to detail, problem solving, stakeholder management
Software/Platforms: collaboration tools (Teams/Slack), Microsoft 365
Methods/Knowledge: stakeholder updates, basic reporting, governance and reporting
