Business Line Manager
As a Business Line Manager, you bring a process-savvy approach to delivering services and supporting teams to meet their goals. You'll work with customers, partners and maintain clear communications so decisions and actions stay on track. You'll lead people and delivery, setting expectations, allocating work and improving performance through coaching and clear measures. Strong performance is shown through consistent delivery, accurate records and effective use of Microsoft 365 to track and communicate progress.
What you’ll do day to day
- Monitor progress against timelines and escalate risks early
- Maintain records and follow processes to meet compliance and quality requirements
- Coordinate day-to-day activities, keeping priorities clear and stakeholders informed
- Use systems and tools effectively to track work and provide visibility
- Lead delivery through planning, resourcing and coaching, ensuring goals and service levels are met

Core skills: problem solving, organisation, teamwork, attention to detail, stakeholder management
Software/Platforms: collaboration tools (Teams/Slack), Microsoft 365
