Business Development Manager
As a Business Development Manager, you bring a process-savvy approach to delivering services and supporting teams to meet their goals. You'll partner with internal stakeholders, customers to keep work moving and ensure key campaign plans are accurate and up to date. You'll manage stakeholders and outcomes, turning strategy into practical plans, governance and consistent delivery. Success looks like timely follow-through, strong communication and confident use of tools such as Google Analytics.
What you’ll do day to day
- Monitor performance and produce insights to improve conversion and engagement
- Create or brief content assets, ensuring messaging matches audience needs
- Support customer communications, FAQs and feedback loops
- Coordinate events, webinars or promotions, managing suppliers and logistics
- Build presentations and sales collateral that clearly communicates value
- Plan and coordinate campaigns across channels, aligning timelines and stakeholders
- Lead delivery through planning, resourcing and coaching, ensuring goals and service levels are met
