Assistant In Nursing
The Assistant In Nursing supports consistent delivery by coordinating tasks, information and stakeholders across the workday. You'll coordinate with customers, team members, keeping records well managed and easy to access when needed. You'll build confidence by following established processes, asking questions early and learning the systems used across the team. You'll be successful when stakeholders feel supported, work is well documented, and systems like collaboration tools (Teams/Slack) are kept reliable and current.
What you’ll do day to day
- Use systems and tools effectively to track work and provide visibility
- Coordinate day-to-day activities, keeping priorities clear and stakeholders informed
- Monitor progress against timelines and escalate risks early
- Prepare documentation, reports or communications with attention to detail
- Follow established procedures and checklists, escalating issues early and learning from feedback
